Exterior Painting
These colors are approved for exterior use, including siding, trim, and accent elements. Any combinations should maintain harmony with the neighborhood aesthetic and comply with existing HOA guidelines. Homeowners do not need prior HOA approval to repaint their homes, provided they use one of the following approved Sherwin-Williams colors.
If a homeowner wishes to use a color that is not included on this approved list, prior HOA approval is required. In those cases, please submit an Architectural Review Request form for review and approval before proceeding with any work. DRB Application English |Spanish
